Sir Cliff Richard entertained his fans this week with a rare appearance online, as he teamed up with Gary Barlow for a sing-song of one his classic hits.

Take That star Gary Barlow has been posting daily 'Crooner Sessions' on YouTube every day at 5pm during the coronavirus pandemic.

In the videos, Gary duets with a different famous singer each day, including the likes of Tony Hadley, Rick Astley and Alfie Boe.

Yesterday (April 9), it was Sir Cliff Richard's turn, as the pair sang a version of Cliff's 1979 number one song 'We Don't Talk Anymore'.

Despite recording his vocals in his bathroom, Sir Cliff sounded great!

"It’s official, today we have a Legend the one and only Cliff Richard," Gary said.

"Coming to us live from his bathroom in Barbados. Great acoustics btw Sir Cliff. Love this song so much. Thanks CR for sharing your lockdown with us."

A couple of days later, Gary performed a brilliant version of The Beatles' 'Get Back' with Queen legend Brian May.

"Well we’re being spoilt today," Gary wrote. "As it’s Friday we decided to go for royalty - Rock Royalty ! It’s an absolute honour to welcome the incredible Brian May."
