These are the terms and conditions for Lionel Richie tickets being given
away in Gold Breakfast.

The following rules ("Rules") together with Global Radio_s ("Global
Radio") general and competition terms and conditions (the "Terms and
Conditions") which can be found at http://www.mygoldmusic.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition apply to Gold's Summer of Stars competition Week 3 ("the Competition") which will
run from Monday 4th July 2012 to Friday 8th July 2012 ("the Duration").
The "Radio Station" is Gold Network.

Anyone who enters the Competition (an "Entrant") will be deemed to have
understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be
bound by them.  The Terms and Conditions are available on request from
the Radio Station.

Details of the ON AIR Competition
A question will be asked by the on-air presenter.
To enter the Competition Entrants must call the Studio Telephone Line as
announced on air.
Telephone Lines will open and close as directed on air.
One entrant will be randomly selected. The Entrant will give their
response to the question.
If the Entrant gets the question correct they will win the pair of
tickets on offer that day as described by the on-air presenter.
If the Entrant gets the question incorrect the next entrant is in play.
All winners will be required to talk on air.

Eligibility:
All entrants must be 18 years of age or older.  Entry is restricted to
one entry per person; duplicate entries will be removed.
All entrants for all parts of the competition will be required to talk to
the presenter/s and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and
played on-air. If any fault occurs immediately prior to or during these
calls and it is not possible to re-establish contact with the caller,
another contestant will be selected at random. If the caller is driving
at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue
the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another entrant
selected.

On-Air Prizes for Lionel Richie
Each of the 5 x competition rounds will offer a pair of tickets to the
following performance:
Monday 4th July's winner will receive a pair of tickets to see Lionel
Richie at the O2 in London on either the 28th October or 29th October
2012. The promoter will decide the date.
Tuesday 5th July's winner will receive a pair of tickets to see Lionel
Richie at the LG Arena in Birmingham on the 26th October 2012.
Wednesday 6th July's winner will receive a pair of tickets to see Lionel
Richie at the LG Arena in Birmingham on the 26th October 2012.
Thursday 7th July's winner will receive a pair of tickets to see Lionel
Richie at the O2 in London on either the 28th October or the 29th October
2012. The promoter will decide the date.
Friday 8th July's winner will receive a pair of tickets to see Lionel
Richie at the LG Arena in Birmingham on the 26th October 2012.
No alternative prizes will be offered. No travel is included. If a
promoter cancels the event, it is at the discretion of the promoter as to
whether replacement tickets are provided.
