Motivation Monday

Keen to physically improve themselves in 2009, James and Erika embarked on seven week quest to get slimmer, fitter and healthier. 

Taking place every Monday, James and Erika teamed up with GMTV’s life coach and fitness guru Pete Cohen, who set James and Erika a simple weekly task to follow.

Feel Good Friday

We all love Fridays (especially if you work on a radio Breakfast show and get to finish even earlier than most).  Count down to the weekend with Feelgood Friday, where you pick the music in the last hour of Friday's show (9am to 10am). 

Using the feedback form below, simply let us know which track you'd like to hear, who you are, where you are, any dedication and a phone number (yours, ideally). 

There are just two stipulations - you must get your request in by 11am on Thursday, and your song must be a feelgood favourite guaranteed to put us in a Friday mood.  'Unchained Melody' will have to remain well and truly chained, thank you!
